At Norman Extensions, we understand that building work can be daunting!

Many building projects are a major investment, which is why we will work to support you all the way through the whole process.

If required, we can recommend an architect to draw up your plans and submit them (on your behalf) to the Local Authority for Planning and/or Building Regulations. He also works with several structural engineers’ if calculations are required for structural alterations.

We arrange the ‘Building Inspections’ by the local council or a private company and deal directly with the ‘Building Inspector’ during each phase of the project, giving you peace of mind throughout. 

We will provide you with a fixed price quotation which includes project management of the whole build.

We also provide a detailed ‘Schedule of Works’ which will tell you what will be happening in each week of the contract.

This ‘Schedule of Works’ will not only let you monitor the progress of the works, but will also let you see in advance which aspects of the works will affect you the most so you can prepare in advance for things like ‘knocking through a wall’.
